[cisco-voip] getting state from isdn line (idle-occupied)

Using ISDN PRI to connect to HPath - IMO no. The only way its usually
done - is via Q.SIG but it works when interconnecting single vendor
PBX systems.

You can find a way to do this using SIP here

but don`t know if your HPath can by used for it.
