[cisco-voip] Change Ringtones on Phones

The fastest way to get a copy of the ringlist.xml file off of your
server is via tftp. From a windows command line
tftp CMNAME get ringlist.xml

To upload new ringtones (and your updated ringlist.xml) you want to use
the TFTP file manager under platform administration. To replace
ringlist.xml it must be deleted from the system first. UCM command line
command is something like 'file delete tftp/ringlist.xml', I forget off
the top of my head.

To my understanding, the phones cache the latest ringtone selection so
there's no good way to force them to select a new tone - I believe if
you were to replace the *.raw file the phones are using with a new
ringtone that keeps the same file name, the phones should re-download
that when they restart. I think I recall seeing TFTP requests for the
currently selected tone when a phone boots. Failing that, using XML
pushes to force keypresses could do it to.

Remember any TFTP changes you make (ringlist.xml, new *.raw files, etc.)
need to be manually made on all servers in the cluster running the TFTP
service otherwise you run the risk of some phones not being able to get
the new data depending on which TFTP server they use.
