You may need to enable the 'CDR Log Calls with Zero Duration Flag' CCM
service parameter. This should create a CDR for all calls successful or
not.

Subject: [cisco-voip] CDR Records Missing?
I was working on a problem trying to troubleshoot why when I dial a
certain number the call just disappears from the phone after all the
digits are entered.
I went to look at my CDR info on CallManager 4.1(3)sr5d and noticed that
certain calls don't appear in the CDR records.
I thought CDR was more of a global thing, and that once enabled and
working all records should be stored. However it appears to only be
recording info on certain PRI's are gateways maybe?
What am I missing?
