If you can ssh to the cli then IP connectivity is probably good.

Does /iptplatform work?

If not, check that the tomcat service is running.  I don't remember the cli
command off the top of my head but I'm sure you can find it.

Also, did you change the IP address from the cli after installation?  If so,
that can break ccmadmin unless you changed it on the server object first
