[cisco-voip] What is A SAM Database with Regard to Unity?

This error is probably related to a disk space shortage  on your domain
controller. Look at this MS article:

I have just started receiving these messages:

Critical: SERVER NAME.COM:SAM:None 

EventID: 0x00003000 (12288) - SAM failed to write changes to the
database. This is most likely due to a memory or disk-space shortage.
The SAM database will be restored to an earlier state. Recent changes
will be lost. Check the disk-space available and maximum pagefile size
setting.
