custom moh must be
8khz 8-bit mono u-Law audio in WAV or AU format.

u can use the "Microsoft Sound Recorder" or convert an existing MP3 or 
other formats.
when you save it, you must have a look at the correct selected options

upload it via tftp.

   telephony-service
      moh new_moh.wav
