[cisco-voip] Voicemail goes not unread

It is default behavior for a message to be marked unread if you don't 
select the option to delete or save it. You can change this on a per 
subscriber basis:

SA Web -> Subscriber -> Conversation -> Mark a message as saved upon 
hangup or disconnection
