[cisco-voip] IPCCX crsjavaservice memory leak

I am running IPCCX and have a serious issue with the crsjavaservice
consuming but not releasing the server memory. This was already occurring
on a system I inherited so I am not aware of changes that may have lead to
it. I am able to watch the service consume memory at a rate of 4k every 3-7
seconds. Once it gets to about 300-400Mb I usually see issues with the
real-time reporting. I have been told the server will lock up if it gets
much higher so I tend to reboot the server every 2-3 days to start the
service back at 53Mb. The IPCCX was at 4.0(4) and then added the sr1 and
finally the es09 patch. That did not help and was recommended by TAC to go
to 4.0(5)sr1es09. We upgraded last Sunday and are still experiencing the
same issue. Has anyone else had to deal with this? How did you resolve the
issue?

Many thanks,
Chris
