[cisco-voip] CFA not working when user dials ext from Unity...

Got CCM 6.0 and Unity 5...

User CFA'd her phone to her cell...  Call from an IP phone or from the
PSTN, works fine...

Enter her extension from the Unity Dial an Extension, and it rings her phone...

Any ideas?
