[cisco-voip] CallManager 6.0 demo license

Yeah, if you do an upgrade the server will run "as is" with a single 
node license and showing a negative number of DLU's, you can't change 
anything however.  After ugprade you take the "xml" license file, submit 
it to tac/licensing, and they generate real license files.
