[cisco-voip] Finding cause of MediaResourceListExhasted alert from RTMT

I am getting a MediaResourceListExhausted message from RTMT, and I want to
figure out what is causing it.

 

>From the alert detail I know that it is being caused by Music on Hold.  The
particular MRGL that is causing the alert is set up for Multicast MoH.  I
suspect that a device is requesting a Unicast MoH stream and this MRGL only
has Multicast servers in it.

 

How would I go about finding the cause?  What would I be looking for in the
trace files?
