[cisco-voip] CallManager 4.1(3) Accessing CDR data for CustomReports?

we are running mixed mode with it's own Sql account.  they pull the CDR's
nightly to another SQL server where they run the reports from there.
Everything is pretty much cron'd from what I can remember.
