[cisco-voip] distinctive ring tone for internal and external call

Isn't the parameter set to CallManager, sometimes it works, sometimes it
doesn't. Manually setting gateway to onnet or offnet is workaround.

I'm like to know how the setting 'CallManager' makes the determination
if on-net or off-net, can't find any documentation on this, and my
instructor at Global Knowledge/GWGK Mini Boot Camp didn't know. It
seems to work better at detecting on vs off-net with MGCP then H323.

It is enabled by default. On the gateway configuration page you set the
gateway as onnet or offnet. This determines the ring that is used.
