This is my understanding, yes. It might be the case
that this variable is stuck in no auto-reg-ephone in
memory. CCME has problems with things getting stuck or
set wrong in memory even if the box is configured
correctly. Also, CCME 4.2 is very new so you're
probably going to encounter numerous bugs. I'd bounce
the box and see if you can clear out memory that way.

for CUCME 4.2(0). I had auto assign enabled 1 to 5
and max ephones 9.After i ran the wizard, 5 ephones
were created but iassigned dn toonly 3 ofthem. Now, i
want to add some more through the web gui but
ican't!!I always get "no new phone to add!" and the
ieannoyingbeep!!!I have enabled auto-reg-ephone but
yet nothinghappens: i still can'tadd a newphone. Any
