[cisco-voip] Inconsistent DLs between Unity servers

You can't purge all the data, but you can initiate a DC and a GC resync, 
which should cause it to pull down any missing data. You can do this 
from the DCGC reconnect tool with the 'force reconnect' button on each tab.
