[cisco-voip] Service URL on a phone button

I set up some button with service URL's. 
It was for a third party software though. We looked at Citrix voice office
suite which included paging using your Cisco IPT sets instead of overhead
speakers. 
I basically setup a service for the Citrix software and added that to the
phone buttons. So now when you press that button it accesses the service on
the citrix server. The URL was that of the Citrix server.

How? I see an option on the phone button template for a service URL,
but how do you enter the URL and what URL should I use?
