Here I've been saying what a great thing the phone proxy is, and now
cisco is killing off.

Buy a ASA..... they do everything. (what next?.... SRST..... VGW.....

Cisco Systems announces the end-of-sale and end-of-life dates for the
Cisco Unified PhoneProxy 1.0. The last day to order the affected product
is July 25, 2008. Customers with active service contracts will continue
to receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) as
listed in Table 1 in the EoL announcement.
