Which wave files? You can use the Subscriber Information Dump tool to,
among other things, export user's recorded name, then import them into
the new system using the Bulk Import tool. Not many options that don't
involve touching each user separately for their greetings, though. You
might be able to do something with the new (beta) COBRAS tool:

But be warned, it is still in beta and, according to the disclaimer on
that page, SUPER unsupported.
