I actually talked to someone a couple of months ago that told me Xmedius 
now supports MGCP gateways as well.  When I tested it a couple of years 
back that was the only drawback for me as well.  They did tell me that 
they were going to support MGCP in the future so I would check with them 
to confirm it does by now.

personally I like the XMeduis application.  should support CM 6.x (thou 
I'm currently on CM 4.1) and ties directly in with our Exchange 2k3.  One 
Cavaet is that it requires a H323 VGW.
