[cisco-voip] Dead Phone?

I have a 7941 that looks like it might be dead. On start up there is nothing
displayed on the LCD. The headset/mute/speaker lights flash green/red/green
as expected, but then the line keys just endless flash orange in sequence. I
tried the hold down # trick to attempt a factory reset, but nothing happens.
Any suggestions to try and resuscitate this phone, or should I call is a
goner?
