[cisco-voip] IPCC Express reporting

Hi,

I am running IPCCX 5.0.1 premium in which I need to generate a report for
indiviual CSQ that is calls answered, waiting and other csq stats for a
particular csq , I have looked at realtime reports they give a combined
report for all csq configured on the system, since the call center is
working for differrent clients they would not like to present the info of
one client to anthor, is there any report in historical reports which could
meet the requirement.
