[cisco-voip] Softphones via Citrix? CTI OS?

I am having no luck finding any info regarding successful deployments of any
softphone client with citrix / ms terminal server.

I have heard that someone has a home grown softphone client that work with
citrix but that it leverages CTI OS ?  I am not familiar with CTI OS or why
a client would work this way with Citrix and not directly with Callmanager.
