Give me a couple weeks.  I'm having our Admin Assist demo out a 7965 + Jabra
HHC which my understanding with allow for the put on hold and answer the
next call.  if you want tranfer I think the 7921 would be the only option.
Without a number pad it's kind of hard to transfer.
