I don't think Message store on box is supported anymore. This was only
available in older versions of Unity.

Subject
[cisco-voip] Unity Voice Messaging Mailbox limit

We are currently using Unity 4.0(5) Voice Messaging only, with Exchange
off-box. Later this year we will be purchasing some brand new 7845
servers, and I would like to go ahead and upgrade to Unity 5.x then. I
have been looking to find out how many mailboxes can be supported if I
place the message store on-box.

It would be nice to reduce the number of servers I have to administer
if at all possible.
