Hello,

I am attempting to install CallManager OS 2003.1.1 onto a HP DL380. The
hardware architecture is as follows:

Dual Xenon 3.4Mhz CPU
2 Gb RAM
2 (72)Gb Hardrives
6i Raid controller v2.80
BIOS firmware rev P-51 2006/04/26

On first installation attempt the installation wanted 4 Gb RAM, 4 hard
drives total, and Array controller firmware REV 2.6a. So I stuffed in more
memory and drives, and back-rev'd the firmware. Now the installation fails
while attempting to configure the array controller and I get the following
message:

The configuration of the array controller failed! This can be caused by
unexpected
hardware or a hardware failure within the system. Error code:2832

My guess is that the installer program does not like something about my old
callmanager hardware -- but i have checked the hardware compatibility matrix
and everything *appears* to be a match including the 6i RAID controller. I
have also tried installing on a similar server and I still get the same
errors. Is there something I am missing, or perhaps a workaround?

Thanks.
