You can point the TFTP path for fetching stuff at a different TFTP
server. I've done this in the past to get CME 3.x on a 2651 with limited
flash.

However, its highly dodgy and I wouldn't do it outside of my own personal
lab.

Just buy the 128mb CF card. :)
