[cisco-voip] How to add second Unity

The Callmanager integration is entirely independent of what AD Unity is
a member (or domain controller) of. You can use the same domain, a new
domain, or your corporate domain, CCM won't know the difference. Just
setup the new ports, pilot, profile, etc.
