[cisco-voip] Nice recording Integration

Hi,

First thing I would do is upgrade to CUCM 6.1(2)

It has fix for 2 known bugs that will break NICE with extension mobility.

Sorry dont have the bug ID's handy. The bugs are to do with the TSP no
detecting your extension mobility login / logouts.
