Can anyone elaborate if they have configured an Avaya S8700 to use Unity
5.0 Voicemail Only. Any caveats?

 

I'm looking at two MGCP QSIG PRI trunks on my CallManager to the Avaya
S8700.  We want Avaya handsets to use the Unity 5.x Voicemail Only and
replacing the Audix voicemail platform on the Avaya today.

 

Does the S8700 need to be a certain software release, and the only
integration guide I found has PIMG which I wanted to avoid.
