[cisco-voip] SKILLS REPORT: QUEUES : CSD

If it is showing 20 people in the queue but no one is currently calling,
then most likely you have a scripting error where it is not counting the
call as handled.

Hi

 

Just happened again why and how my queues are showing 20 plus in CSD ->
Skills -> Reports -> queues?

 

If I do not had any one in the line why is the queues growing and is not
clearing after the line is drop

 

There is any reason why how to prevent that is confusing.
