[cisco-voip] Cisco Unified Presence Server and Outlook Integration

Hello,

 

Have you gone through the Troubleshooting? What does it say? Also, even
after integrating this the user has to turn this on individually.

Hi,

 

I've recently configured Exchange Calendar Integration with CUPS but I
can't get my Presence status to update. If I'm listed as busy in
Outlook, my Presence state in CUPC doesn't change. I've gone through the
configuration twice, but I can't pick up any problems. Does anyone know
where I can start my search, I've gone through CUPC logs and tried to
view logs in CUPS, but I'm not having any luck. 

 

Any help would be appreciated.
