[cisco-voip] AvCsNodeMgr Unable to Connect to SQL Server on Local Host - error 0x80040000

[Miller, Steve]

I am getting this error on a Unity server every 15 minutes.  It's been
happening for a long time and there aren't any consequences so far.  Has
anyone seen this before?  Thank you!
