[cisco-voip] 7965 Time on CME

I am running CME 4.1(0) and just upgraded a couple of 7965G phones from
8.3(2)SR1 to 8.3(5). Everything seems to work fine except now the time
on the upgraded phones is displaying one hour behind. All other phones
have the correct time so I know I am getting the right time from NTP.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
