[cisco-voip] Help: Cisco UC Lab Retquiremens!

Hi

My boss will be ordering NFR Kit for Unified Communications. What should I include in this list. Since I will be running all the stuff on VMWare, please give me some suggestion what of the following can run on VMWare and what to include in the list:

1- CCM 6.1 (already have ccm 6.0.1 on vmware)
2- IPCC Express 5 (Is it compatible with CCM 4.1.3)
3- Unity 5 (Will it run on vmware and CCM 4.1.3 beside ccm 6.x)
4- Meeting Places (MP or MP Express and will it run on vmware and compatibility with ccm 4.1.3 and 6.x)
5- IP Phones (already have 2 x 7912 and 1 x 7940)
6- IP Communicator or Personal Communicator 
7- Gateways (already have 2651xm and 2620 with 1 x FXO and 1 x FXS)
