Snotty Lady usually comes on when a CSQ or a variable is screwed up...
Check the spelling of the CSQ in the variable in the script.
Then take a look at the MIVR logs, and search for 'error'...
Also, from your error, it almost seems like JTAPI is kind of hosed...
