[cisco-voip] Spaces in last name field in BAT?

I seem to recall BAT or Callmanager doesn't allow spaces in the last
name field.  

 

This is the third install where I tell them the lastname can't have
spaces yet it gets returned wrong. 

 

 

It seems the below would fail either CallManager or Unity;

Firstname = Susan

Lastname = Stein Temeyer Jacob

 

 

Or

 

Firstname = Veronica

Lastname = Mary Scorsky-Van Pickle
