[cisco-voip] WSDL2Java - AXL Program -Build Error

I am trying to compile and build the package using WSDL2Java using the schema provided as part of axlsqltoolkit (axlapi.wsdl, axlsoap.xsd) under 
WSDL-AXIS method.

I have encountered following error message while build phase, please share if you have had similar error in your environment and what is the root cause and how to resolve it.
