[cisco-voip] echo in CUCM 6.1 !!!

I made a post last week when I found a .rbf file on a flash card. That's the cisco firmware for PVDMs. There are known echo bugs in certain dsp resource firmware loads. Check with TAC if your DSPs need a firmware  update. If you cant find the post let me know and I'll go through my emails. Otherwise search the archives for rbf and you should find it.

Does the T1 have any errors? Is qos in place and correct? During the
call, rapidly hit the question mark twice on the phone to see call
stats and voice quality metrics.
