it's dial-peer matching issue , make sure u have a inbound POTS dial-peer to match when an incoming call comes on the FXS , also try to delete the num-exp commands and make it as a translation under the voice-port 0/1/0 , i am not comfortabke with the num-exp , i think there's something wrong with digit manipulation

Try having a dial-peer something like this for each DID port.

Dial-peer voice 1 pots
 Direct-inward-dial
 Incoming called-number .
 Port 0/1/0

Yes, this is a working CCME deployment.  Everything else is working
already just not the incoming DID calls on the VIC2-4FXS/DID card.

I have all of the ephone-dn's and ephones configured.
