[cisco-voip] Can't overlay an octo-line

In CME, I'm trying to setup an overlay line so another person can
handle incoming calls to reception if reception is busy or away from
there desk.  When I try to set the button to an overlay "button
1o11,1" it says can't overlay octo-line.  I'm wondering if there is a
better way to setup the reception phone to handle multiple incoming
calls instead of setting it as an octo line?
