[cisco-voip] Unity Connection upgrade

Thanks for pointing out the subscriber templates, I would have missed that.

Time to spin up a UC 1.2 in the lab and test out the message import.. That
doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling that people have had trouble
importing voice messages. Did it end up sending them to the Undeliverable
messages account?
