On the version of CCM I am most familiar with, 4.2, callmanager based
transcoder
stuff more or less requires uncompressed g711 codecs to operate, I would
check
to ensure the Region of the calling device has a g711 specific setting to
the region
the MRG containing the conference bridge you are trying to dial is in.
