[cisco-voip] BAT on 4.1.3sr

I upgraded a 4.1(3) system to sr5b and device pack 59 to gain support
for 7942 and 7964 phones. They now show up in device defaults.

In the standard process post upgrade, I reinstalled BAT, CDR, DNA, etc.

 

When I try to make a phone template for a 7961,62,41,62 phone, I get the
following error when I click INSERT

 

"Error No."

 

CCM version 4.1(3)sr5b

 

BAT version 5.1(4c)

 

Any ideas?
