[cisco-voip] Linetext label in SRST?

It is a way, but not exactly SRST.
I remember, I configure once (as a test) CME instead of SRST, and it
works.
SO, you need to put, on the SRST gateway, the configuration for CME
(telephony-service, ephones and ephone-DNs).
This config is static, so, if you change something on the CallManager,
you'll need to modify the config in the gateway also.
