[cisco-voip] IPCC historical Reporting client(Does user need admin access)

Customer's PC   Windows XP
Customer's PC and the CRS server is in the same domain
I installed the software using my admin account, after the software is
installed, Customer log into the computer using his username, his username
doesn't have admin access, When he run the client, he got a error message
"error occured, username and password is incorrect..."

Any idea?
