Oh, heh, sorry.
I'm on 4.2(3) right now. The speed dial is for a pager that calls
security. They're switching to a cell phone :)

You don't say which version of CM but if you're using 5.x you could do
it through sql. Something like this may work:
run sql update speeddial set speeddialnumber = <new number> where
speeddialnumber = <old number>
I'd recommend trying it on a non-production system first to test.
Another option would be to create a translation pattern that matches
the old number and translate it to the new number. You then wouldn't
have to modify the speed dial at all.
