[cisco-voip] CME 3.3 7060 working, 7970 broken, leap year?

The 7970 phones were broken for exactly 24 hours. They broke at 4:00 pm PST on 2/28 and they started working again at 4:00 pm PST on 2/29. So in the GMT time zone they were broken for 24 hours on 2/29. They are now working again. So"TERM70.6-0-3SR1S.LOADS" has this bug.
