[cisco-voip] Best CDR Reporting tool for CCM6.0

We have been using Pinnacle by Paetec.  We haven't done 6.x yet, but I
am guessing that it would work.  Pinnacle is much more than just call
reporting though.

The company I work for typically recommends Infortel by ISI.

Has anyone had any good experience with a call reporting software on CCM
6.0? I have been underwhelmed with Avaya Ecas.. Anyone have any better
recomendations?
