I've not encountered this but have encountered other AC bugs with SR5d.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Attendant Console directory listing issue
CCM 4.1(3)SR5d, AC 1.4 (11 i think)(it's close to current)
setup:AC user, phone in directory call-forwarded
I have a customer with an issue when sorting departments in the directory listing on attendant console. The line states of the users are fine - busy, ringing or idle, and the rest of the information populates. But when a user has their phone call-forwarded there is an icon that populates next to the directory number column.
Pulling down the department selector and choosing the site, the call-forward icon does not populate, but if you enter the first few letters of the name in the search box and reduce the query size, the icon populates. The query return is a smaller number. After doing a search in this fashion, pulling down the department selector will intermittently show the call-forward icon.
I've verified the service parameters, the AC settings and done quite a few searches on CCO, Google and the Cisco pro forums. I've yielded no return.
Anybody encounter this before? Or have any idea?
