[cisco-voip] 7961+7914 call transfer drops and 7914 rebootsintermittently

I'd start with a firmware upgrade. Also, I'd bring them up to at least 4.2(3).

Subject: [cisco-voip] 7961+7914 call transfer drops and 7914 rebootsintermittently

7961 is running firmware SCCP41.8-0.3S, 7914 is running S00105000100. Callmanager is 4.2(1)
When the customer press the speed dial button on the expansion module, intermittenly, the call is dropped out.
Another weird thing is sometimes both the 7914 expansion modules reboots itself and the 7961 stays stable.
 
Did  anyone run into the same problem before?
